My career in healthcare administration began with graduating from Trios College’s Medical Office Assistant program with Honours. I bring over 20 years of experience providing full receptionist and administrative support within healthcare settings, where I have developed a strong commitment to patient care, organization, and creating a welcoming clinic environment.

Alongside my administrative work, I help newcomers in the Hamilton Diverse Community by offering interpretation services. This lets me reduce language barriers and make it easier for individuals and families to get the care they need.

I’m excited to be part of the Function 101 team. As the first person you see at the clinic, I do my best to greet everyone with a warm smile and am always ready to help, answer questions, or have a friendly chat.

When I’m not at the clinic, I like hiking and exploring Hamilton’s waterfalls, going to concerts, and spending time with my family and friends
