I came to massage therapy initially seeking relief from pain and functional limitations and was amazed at the changes I experienced in my own body. These experiences inspired me to return to school to learn more.

I prioritize understanding my clients’ unique needs and preferences, tailoring each treatment plan accordingly. I believe in collaborating with my patients, combining their knowledge of their own bodies with my expertise in massage therapy.

As a newcomer to Hamilton, I spend my time outside the clinic reading, exploring the many waterfalls, local restaurants, and cafes.
