I started out at Queen’s University for an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology because it seemed like the perfect blend of fun and interesting. I’d always been intrigued by the function and resilience of the human body, having suffered my fair share of injuries playing rugby and field hockey. This program encouraged that interest and led me to pursue a career in physiotherapy.
I continued my education and completed my Master’s in Physiotherapy at the University of Toronto. Since then, I have continued to learn through both courses and colleagues to continuously improve my skills to better serve my clients. I strongly believe that every body is unique and will provide an individualized treatment plan of both manual therapy and exercise with the goal of getting you back to the lifestyle you enjoy and the activities that drive you.
I spent five years living in North Vancouver and am looking forward to adapting my love of the outdoors to the trails and parks around Hamilton. When not in the clinic you will find me running, biking, swimming or enjoying a coffee while searching for the next big camping adventure!
