If you were limited to just 5 movements a day, what would you prioritize?

We were inspired by a physio colleague who posted this question on instagram last month, and we can definitely relate. As clinicians, we often get asked in clinic what movements are “THE BEST”, or “MUST DO’S” for those of us that have a very busy schedule. Now we know the best movement prescription is one that is targeted to that individual, but in this case, 5 full body movements are better than NO full body movements!
