My journey in the world of exercise began as a young synchronized/artistic swimmer, where I developed a deep appreciation for the connection between training, health, and performance. This passion led me to pursue a degree in Kinesiology, which I completed in 2021. But my curiosity didn’t stop there—I’m now halfway through my PhD, diving deep into the mechanisms that underpin how we build skeletal muscle, with a special focus on female hormones, health and performance.

Over the past 5 years, I’ve worked as a personal trainer and strength coach, gaining extensive experience with a wide range of clients, including the general population, older adults and athletes. My approach combines evidence-based practices with personalized programming, ensuring that each client receives the support they need to achieve their goals, whether it’s recovering from an injury, improving performance, or enhancing overall health.

When I’m not in the clinic or training clients, you can find me exploring new hiking trails, trying new foods, or continuing my research. I’m excited to be part of the team at Function 101 and look forward to helping you reach your full potential.
