I have always been fascinated by the amazing things that the human body can do. Watching my favourite athletes come back from injuries to be even stronger than before got me interested in how I could be a part of that process. For me, PT combines my biggest passions into one neat package – helping others feel better and more confident, promoting an active lifestyle, and building genuine connections with others.

I completed my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Western, where I got hands-on experience as an athletic trainer and fitness instructor. I went on to complete my PT degree at Mac, where I graduated this year! Being a new grad gives me a recent look at the latest evidence and a fresh perspective into the world of PT.

I am a true believer in empowering others to achieve the things that are important to them and to advocate for my clients in any way I can. I like to create a team dynamic with clients where we work together to develop a treatment plan that is right for your unique goals. Through a combination of a tailored exercise program, education, and some hands-on work, we can get you to wherever you want to be.

Outside of the clinic, I love to cook cool new dishes from around the world, enjoy a good hike or two, and am always trying to pick up a random new skill or sport. I recently began running triathlons and am currently working on swimming in the right direction. I also love to travel when I get the chance and just got off a hefty post-grad trip!

Thanks for reading and looking forward to seeing you on Locke Street!
